I’m Tom from the band Tom Jolu…
…an alternative rock band all the way from the heart of the Twilight Zone, Binghamton, NY!
Being a musician in a small, independent band from a Rust Belt town, I know how much music can mean, and how much hope it can create on the bleakest of days, so if you’d like, click the button to get our album, “Call Me Jonah” for free! All you have to do is cover the cost of shipping.
So let’s talk about beginnings:
Back in 2017, way before Tom Jolu became the eight piece alternative rock band it is today, it started off with just me. Tom. In a van. And through that first year and a half of Tom Jolu, I toured all through the US in my minivan.
But before my touring days I put out an album called “Call Me Jonah”. Though I’d been making music here and there since 2012, and even made a record, to me this felt like the “very first” Tom Jolu album.

Ya see, I was starting over…
…and everything, from the album’s cover (an open book with a New Moon–signifying a fresh start), to the title of the album itself (“Call Me Jonah” is the first sentence in one of my all time favorite books, “Cat’s Cradle” by Kurt Vonnegut”). Even the narrative of the title is based off has to do with new beginnings, and finding yourself and your meaning through the absurdity of it all.

After the seven years since its release…
… I couldn’t be more grateful for everything that that thirty-six minute indie-folk album started. But the thing is this, even though this album has been out for all these years, I’ve never put this album into physical form. So I’m here to share this album full of love, loss, and finding your way and your meaning through this life to you for free! All you have to do is cover shipping!

“Will I get just the CD?”
I decided, since this offer is so special, not only will you get a signed, hand-numbered (the first 100 CDs) CD, you’ll also get a set of free stickers, a picture of one of my pets (I’m just a proud Cat/Dog dad and I’m showing off), and the deluxe digital download of the album that includes:
- – All of the tracks
- – Demos of the songs
- – unreleased songs (Seriously. I didn’t even know these songs existed)
- – alternate versions of the songs
- – A PDF of the lyrics
- – All the album art
If you’ve made it to the bottom of this page, I gotta say thank you!
I can’t tell you how much, not only me, but everyone from the band appreciate you and your kindness. As I always say, be safe, do your best, and I’ll see you soon. Enjoy your package, my friend!
